Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Purpose

These Terms govern the sale of services offered by Fiscal.ia SAS via the IFG platform to professional users in private practice, Big Four, and corporate tax teams.

Services

Fiscal.ia SAS offers the following services:

• IFG MCPAn MCP connector (ifg.tax/mcp) giving the user's AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity) read access to the official tax sources held by IFG, with their dated versions and applicability status: €99 excl. VAT per month and per person, billed monthly only, no commitment, after a 7 day free trial without a payment card. Access is reserved for tax professionals, by online registration on ifg.tax; disposable email addresses are not accepted. At the end of the trial, without a subscription, access ends at no cost. A firm of several people may receive a single invoice, payable by bank transfer. Use is unlimited within normal professional use; the connector keeps neither the user's questions, nor the answers, nor the user's documents.
• IFG MCP StudentThe IFG MCP connector (ifg.tax/etudiants), free, for students enrolled in the current academic year at a higher education institution, by way of exception to the professional use requirement. Students sign up with the email address provided by their institution, confirm it through the link received and send a certificate of enrolment for the current year, in their name. Fiscal.ia SAS checks this document, which is deleted as soon as it has been checked, and may refuse a request. Access ends on 30 September following the academic year shown, without renewal, and is renewed on presentation of the next year's certificate. It is reserved for studies and academic research, to the exclusion of any professional or commercial use; Fiscal.ia SAS may suspend or end it in case of non compliant use or inaccurate certificate.

The offers of the former IFG chat (Trial, Solo, Team, IFG France) are no longer sold since 12 October 2026; subscriptions taken out before remain governed by the terms accepted when they were taken out.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are indicated in EUR, excluding tax where applicable. The IFG MCP subscription is purchased online. Payments are processed by credit or debit card via Revolut or Stripe (PCI DSS certified) or, for a firm, by bank transfer.

The price is payable in advance: by card, at the start of each month of subscription; by bank transfer, on the payment date shown on the invoice. In case of late payment, penalties are due from the day after that date, without any reminder being necessary, at the interest rate applied by the European Central Bank to its most recent refinancing operation plus 10 percentage points, together with a fixed indemnity of €40 for recovery costs (French Commercial Code, Articles L441‑10 and D441‑5).

IFG MCP is sold for professional use. Before activation, the customer accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and expressly requests immediate performance of the service. This consent is recorded.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account.

Right of Withdrawal

The IFG MCP subscription is reserved for professionals: the right of withdrawal that the French Consumer Code grants to consumers does not apply to it. Should that right nevertheless apply, the customer, having expressly requested immediate performance of the service, pays the amount corresponding to the service provided until withdrawal (French Consumer Code, Article L221‑25).

Liability

Fiscal.ia SAS provides the official texts and their dates; it does not give tax advice. The professional and their AI assistant remain responsible for the analysis and the conclusion. See Legal Notice for full limitations.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to the workspace and to stored matter context remains available until that date.

We retain the accepted terms version, order metadata and payment confirmation for proof of the transaction and subscription management.

Data, AI and Security

• AI providerOpenAI for the IFG chat (existing subscriptions).
• RetentionContractual no training and reduced retention settings are used where available. Only the minimum data required for the feature is sent to AI APIs.
• HostingApplication, database and logs hosted in the European Union.
• StandardsProcessors selected against recognised controls: ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS where applicable.
• ConfidentialityMatter facts are treated under confidentiality undertakings. Queries are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are never used to train models.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

Where the customer has contracted as a trader (commerçant) or is established outside France, any dispute relating to these Terms or to the subscription falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Niort (France). In all other cases, the competent court is the one designated by the applicable legal rules.
