Where the French Consumer Code applies, and the customer has expressly requested that service performance begin before the end of the withdrawal period, the legal consequences of that request apply in accordance with Articles L221‑18 and L221‑25 of the French Consumer Code. The customer therefore confirms that immediate access is requested and understands the associated consequences where a withdrawal right exists.
Fiscal.ia SAS provides a decision support tool and does not replace personalised professional advice. The memo output is a first pass document for counsel review, not a legal opinion. See Legal Notice for full limitations.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to the workspace and to stored matter context remains available until that date.
We retain the accepted terms version, order metadata and payment confirmation for proof of the transaction and subscription management.
