Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of services offered by Fiscal.ia SAS via the IFG platform (Intelligence Fiscale Générale).

2. Services

Fiscal.ia SAS offers the following services:

• Free Plan: Limited access (10 questions/month)
• Pro Plan: Unlimited access + advanced features (€49/month)
• Premium Plan: Pro + document analysis + workspace (€149/month)

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are indicated in EUR, tax included where applicable. Payments are processed by credit/debit card via Stripe (secure platform certified PCI-DSS).

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services provided immediately after order confirmation.

Fiscal.ia SAS provides a decision-support tool and does not replace personalized professional advice. See Legal Notice for full limitations.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
